Glacial Rx Modalities

The Glam Spa uses the Glacial Rx with three different modalities, including freeze, glide, and gloss to help you achieve healthy, radiant skin. We understand everyone has unique skin concerns and goals. Our estheticians will first thoroughly consult you to assess your skin type and desired outcomes. Then we will recommend the best modality to achieve your skincare results.

Freeze Treatment

Targeted freezing is delivered quickly and gently to selected benign lesions. After treatment, the targeted lesions will heal and slough off, leading to clearer and brighter skin.

Glide Treatment

Delivering precision cooling to the skin, resulting in calmer and brighter looking skin almost immediately. It can be delivered as a standalone treatment or paired with laser and other treatments to reduce pain, inflammation, and thermal injury.

Gloss Treatment

Treating the skin with continuous cooling and optional topicals to reduce inflammation, brighten skin, and accelerate exfoliation. 

Skin Laxity

Skin that loses firmness or laxity may start to sag and become crepey. Age is a primary determinant, but other factors like sun, genetics, and lifestyle choices can accelerate the degradation of skin tightness.

Redness

Inflamed, irritated skin causes blood vessels to flush, creating unwanted redness and skin sensitivity. Skin can become red and inflamed from various irritants, like wind or sun, skin products, physical activity, stress, heat, and more.
